File Form TM-A with the required details such as applicant info, mark type, class of goods/services, and logo/image (if any).
- Examination
The trademark office reviews the application for any conflicts or errors. You may receive an Examination Report requiring clarification or evidence.
- Publication in Trademark Journal
If accepted, the mark is published in the Trademark Journal for opposition. Anyone can oppose the trademark within 4 months.
- Registration
If there’s no opposition or it’s resolved in your favour, the trademark is officially registered, and a Trademark Registration Certificate is issued.
6.Timeline
The entire process may take 6–12 months, depending on objections or opposition.
